Saunderson Tractors
Herbert Saunderson built his first tractor in Bedford, England, in 1904 after spending years working for Massey-Harris in Canada. Building two-, three-, and four-wheel models, Saunderson found great success with the model G tractor. Saunder was Britain's best-selling tractor until the arrival of the Fordson, which greatly reduced Saunderson sales at home and abroad. In 1924, Saunderson sold to Crossley Motors who built tractors under their brand for a few years before discontinuing production. Steel-Wheels - Sunderson history with photos
